It really depends on the parents of your puppy and what they looked like. Australian Shepherd Chihuahua mixes also have somewhat buggy eyes. Australian Shepherd Chihuahua mixed puppies can weigh anywhere from one pound all the way up to three pounds shortly after they are born. Still, due to the fact, it’s a mix, it can be hard to determine how big the puppies will actually be. 

How big will a Chihuahua Aussie mix get?

Aussie Chi as a relatively new mix, so there’s no substantial data about its weight and size.  They will be bigger than a Chihuahua, but smaller than a normal-sized Australian Shepherd.

 And you can always weigh your dog yourself to keep track of your pup’s growth. One thing is for sure you are not going to be getting a huge dog form this mixed breed, though.
